Victor Robledo instructs the following:
  • Preschool Tumbling
  • Tumbling and movement classes for kids ages 3-5.  Kids learn basic rolls and the start of handstands and cartwheels while playing fun games and locomotor skills. *Exceptions may be made for 2 year olds depending on the circumstance.

  • Tumbling K-5th
  • Tumbling class for kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade.  Students learn basic rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and back bend skills.  This is a high paced class designed to help kids burn energy, get stronger, and promote a healthy lifestyle.

  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - All Levels

  • GymCORE
  • Bodyweight workouts which combine primal movement patterns, beginning tumbling, yoga inversions, and innovative CORE training. 

  • Prehab/Rehab
  • This class combines stretching, strengthening, and range of motion exercises to rehab injuries and to build a base to prevent the risk of future injuries. Great for getting ready for ski season!

  • Strength Training
  • Strengthen the body through the use of weight training, resistance bands, kettle bells, TRX, dumbbells, and barbells while learning to execute with proper technique.

  • Stretch & Chill
  • A restorative class designed to enhance recovery in a casual atmosphere. Tight muscles need time to relax and this class focuses on holding postures for extended periods of time using props to help you relax while getting more flexible. 

  • High Altitude Interval Training
  • 9,000 feet is no joke. In this class we will train your aerobic & anaerobic systems to adapt to the elevation through intense cardio intervals. Be ready to sweat and push yourself to the limit!

  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - All Levels No Gi
